On Wednesday, December 4th, the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in US v Skrmetti, a challenge brought by transgender youth and their families to a Tennessee law banning gender affirming medical care.

Join HRC and our partners at the Supreme Court for a rally which coincides with the Skrmetti oral arguments. We can’t stand by as the Supreme Court considers stripping LGBTQ+ people of our hard earned rights. We’re going to send a message that gender affirming care is medically necessary, lifesaving and here to stay!
